- Can customers visit my trial website?
- Yes. Share your website address with customers during the trial. Basic and PRO also include a shop listing on YekAuto Global.
- How many vehicle models can I add?
- There is no model limit. Photos and videos use your plan’s storage allowance. These listings present your vehicle range; live stock listings can be arranged separately.
- What happens when my service expires?
- Your website stays visible. Editing, access to buyer contact details in all inquiries, and inquiry notifications pause until you renew.
- How does the PRO domain work?
- PRO includes one standard domain within its limit of three business web addresses. We help register and set it up, confirming the name and future renewal costs with you first.
- How do I pay and activate a plan?
- Contact us to arrange activation. Available payment methods are shown when you place an order. Bank transfers activate your service after receipt is confirmed; you can check progress in your dashboard.
