2. Business documents and receipts
Files submitted through document or receipt workflows have private access. Authorized verification and finance staff process them; they are not published as public shop images. Access and processing may be recorded for review.
A verification badge does not publish original documents. Do not upload evidence, identity documents or bank statements as public media. You must have authority to provide and publish the information in public media.
3. Website display and removal
Once your shop is active, visitors can use its website address to view and save the text, images, videos and business contact details you display. During the trial, you can share your website address, but the shop is not listed in the platform directory. Visibility under other plans follows the plan description or agreed service arrangements. Search results and traffic are not guaranteed. Business verification does not publish original documents.
Expiry does not automatically delete website content. You can request corrections or necessary removal without purchasing a plan. A suspended shop is unavailable to website visitors. Search results and copies on other websites may take time to update after removal, and content previously saved by visitors may remain.
4. Inquiries and expiry
Inquiries handle requests submitted by customers. While a shop has contact-viewing rights, its authorized members, configured notifications, CRM or confirmation-email copies may process the related information.
After trial or paid expiry, contacts and text that may reveal them are masked in all historical and new inquiries. Merchant notifications, CRM delivery and email copies are paused. The platform may continue handling requests; new inquiries may remain attributed to that shop.
5. Providers and AI
Email, storage, notifications and available payment methods involve their providers in necessary processing. Payment channels handle payment information under their rules; the platform receives transaction identifiers, amounts, results and order information.
When you choose AI translation, selected text, languages and translation instructions are sent to the translation provider used by the platform, with results returned for editing. Business documents, payment receipts and inquiries are not automatically sent for AI translation.
Providers may differ in processing locations and rules. Do not enter sensitive personal data, customer contacts or trade secrets in translation text. Manual multilingual editing is available. Consult the relevant feature information or contact support for details of providers and processing arrangements.
6. Storage and security
Permissions, private storage and operation records distinguish public displays from business records. Account or plan expiry does not automatically delete every record.
Retention and deletion consider service purposes, financial checks, disputes, required record keeping and backups. Ask support about specific storage or request access, correction, removal or deletion. Identity and business ownership may need checking first.
7. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies support login and language preference. Statistics may use visitor identifiers in cookies, local or session storage, with pages, referrals, region and language. A visitor identifier does not guarantee complete anonymity.
Manage or clear these records through your browser. Disabling necessary storage may affect login or language. Ask support to stop marketing communications.
8. Requests and contact
Correction, deletion and privacy requests remain available after expiry. Use dashboard requests, the contact page or business@yekauto.com for access, correction, deletion, public-content removal or other privacy help. Include details identifying the account, shop or record.
Requests check identity, ownership and retention requirements, then explain available actions and records that need to remain. This notice is version 2026-10. Changes are communicated through relevant pages or business notices.
